The Voice is officially getting ready for its milestone Season 30, and NBC has now confirmed the details fans have been waiting for.
The new season will premiere on Monday, September 21, 2026, at 8/7c on NBC, with episodes streaming the next day on Peacock. The launch will not be a normal one-night return, because NBC is turning the premiere into a three-night event.
Premiere week will begin with a two-hour episode on Monday, September 21, followed by one-hour episodes on Tuesday, September 22, and Wednesday, September 23. That means fans will get three straight nights of red chairs, Blind Auditions, and coach reactions to start the season.
The three-night rollout makes Season 30 feel bigger than a regular fall premiere. After the shorter Battle of Champions season, NBC appears ready to bring The Voice back with a larger, more traditional launch.
Season 29, officially called Battle of Champions, ended with Alexia Jayy winning for Team Adam Levine. Her victory gave Levine his fourth win as a coach and tied him with Kelly Clarkson for second place behind Blake Shelton’s all-time record.

That sets up a major storyline for Season 30. Adam Levine and Kelly Clarkson are both returning to the red chairs with four wins each, meaning the new season could decide which of them breaks the tie first.
Clarkson’s return is especially exciting for longtime viewers. She remains one of the show’s most successful coaches and brings a mix of humor, emotional connection, and serious vocal knowledge to the competition.
Levine’s return also carries history. As one of the original Voice coaches, his presence gives the milestone season a sense of nostalgia, especially after his Season 29 win put him back at the center of the show’s competitive story.
But Season 30 is not only about returning favorites. Queen Latifah is joining The Voice as a first-time coach, bringing decades of experience across hip-hop, R&B, acting, television, and live performance.
Her addition has already sparked major curiosity because she does not fit into one narrow musical lane. Fans are waiting to see whether she builds a team around soul, performance power, stage presence, storytelling, or something completely unexpected.
Riley Green is also joining as a new coach, giving the panel a fresh country voice. His arrival is being watched closely because The Voice has had a long country tradition, especially during Blake Shelton’s years on the show.
Green has said he is excited to help new artists and expects fans may be surprised by the variety of singers he connects with. Although many know him for traditional country music, he has said he grew up listening to many different styles.
Carson Daly will also return as host, continuing his run as the steady face guiding artists, coaches, families, and viewers through every emotional turn of the competition.
The prize waiting for the Season 30 winner is also a major part of the story. The Voice winner traditionally receives a $100,000 cash prize and a recording contract, giving the champion both money and a professional launchpad after the finale.
That prize does not guarantee instant stardom, but it gives the winner something every young artist wants: national exposure, industry attention, and a chance to turn a television moment into a real music career.
With a confirmed premiere date, a three-night launch, two returning champions in the coach chairs, two brand-new coaches, and a major prize waiting at the end, The Voice Season 30 is shaping up to be one of the show’s biggest seasons in years.
