BIG NIGHT FOR AMERICAN IDOL SEASON 24 AS THE LIVE FINALE PROMISES MUSIC, MAJOR GUEST STARS, AND THE FINAL RESULTS

The finale of American Idol Season 24 is officially here, and fans are preparing for what could become one of the biggest and most emotional finale nights the show has delivered in years.

After months of auditions, eliminations, viral performances, emotional hometown visits, and nonstop fan debates, the competition has officially narrowed down to three finalists: Hannah Harper, Jordan McCullough, and Keyla Richardson.

Now, all three contestants are preparing for one final live performance night before America officially crowns the next Idol winner.

The three-hour live finale airs Monday at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC and Disney+, with live voting expected to determine the outcome in real time.

And according to fans, the finale lineup itself already feels larger than a normal competition episode.

Music superstar Alicia Keys will serve as the finale mentor and performer, guiding the finalists during the final stage of the competition while also taking part in the live event herself.

Meanwhile, judges Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan, and Lionel Richie are also preparing special performances for the night, including a group performance of Lionel Richie’s “Deep River Woman.”

Luke Bryan will additionally perform his new song “Fish Hunt Golf Drink” before returning for a duet with finalist Julián Kalel, while Carrie Underwood is expected to take the stage alongside legendary rock band Mötley Crüe in one of the most unexpected collaborations of the finale.

The guest lineup only gets bigger from there.

The finale will also feature appearances and performances from Brad Paisley, Clay Aiken, Lee Ann Womack, Jason Mraz, Tori Kelly, Nelly, En Vogue, Shinedown, Blues Traveler, and Gin Blossoms.

Fans say the finale now feels more like a giant live music event than a traditional reality competition.

At the center of it all remains the battle between the final three contestants.

Hannah Harper enters the finale with enormous momentum after emotional hometown celebrations, major country music support, and strong online engagement numbers.

Jordan McCullough continues carrying some of the season’s most emotional judge praise after performances described as “otherworldly” and “a religious experience.”

Keyla Richardson remains one of the strongest vocal powerhouses left in the competition, with fans believing her live-performance ability could dominate the finale stage.

That’s why viewers continue insisting this race still feels impossible to predict.

At the same time, longtime host Ryan Seacrest returns once again to guide the live finale and crown the Season 24 winner — continuing a role he has held since the very first season back in 2002.

And as anticipation reaches another level online, fans are preparing for a finale that promises not only huge performances and emotional moments…

But also the final answer to the biggest question of the entire season:

Who will officially become the next American Idol?
