The Voice Season 30 is moving quickly through the Blind Auditions, but viewers hoping for another new episode on Tuesday, September 29 will have to wait a little longer.
After kicking off the season with a special three-night premiere, the show returned Monday, September 28 for Blind Auditions Part 4. There is no new episode scheduled for Tuesday night, with the competition continuing with its remaining Blind Audition episodes next week.
Season 30 features returning coaches Adam Levine and Kelly Clarkson alongside newcomers Queen Latifah and Riley Green, with Carson Daly once again hosting the competition.
The first four Blind Audition episodes have already produced several major moments, including four-chair turns, emotional performances and heated battles between coaches trying to convince the same singers to join their teams.
Monday’s episode added another group of artists, bringing Kelly, Riley and Queen to eight singers apiece while Adam currently has seven.
Team Kelly now includes Anna McElroy, Brianna Cameron, Brooklyn Marie, Hazel Gerson, Johnnie Kapua, Koumba Diallo, Kyle Davis and Saade.
Kelly added two important singers during the latest round. Alabama-born country performer Anna McElroy chose her despite Riley appearing to have the natural advantage, while 24-year-old Iran-born Saade also joined Team Kelly after an emotional performance.
Team Riley currently consists of Allie Rae, Cade Mower, Caroline Alexis, Everett Bounds, Ferryn & Brinkley, Harmony McKee, Joe Henley and Kenna Elpers.
Riley also finally made one of his biggest strategic moves of the season when he used his First-In advantage on 15-year-old Allie Rae after turning first for her performance of “Black Velvet.”
The move immediately secured Allie for Team Riley and prevented Kelly Clarkson and Queen Latifah, who also turned, from getting the opportunity to persuade her to choose them.
Team Queen has also reached eight artists: Alt Bloom, BigCountry, Bryan Jaymes, Chari, Marcus Ladden Jr., Mia Knight, Morgan Lett and Sophia Liano.
Queen had an especially strong fourth night. Chari joined her after earning an impressive four-chair turn with “Get Here,” while Bryan Jaymes selected Queen following his memorable performance of “Every Time You Go Away.”
Team Adam currently has Amanda Mikkel, Cal Cook, Connor Closs, Destinee Monroe, Julia Clark, Lexi Stephens and Owen Uffens. With seven singers, Adam remains one artist behind the other three coaches at this point in the Blind Auditions.
There are still more Blind Auditions to come before the teams are complete, so those numbers will continue changing as Adam, Kelly, Queen and Riley fight for the final available singers.
For fans wondering when to tune in again, Season 30’s Blind Auditions are scheduled to continue into early October, with six Blind Audition episodes in total. That means the coaches still have time to complete their teams before the competition moves into its next stage — and with fewer openings left, the battles for those final voices could become even more intense.
