Kayleigh McEnany Welcomes Third Child: “Outnumbered” Just Got Even Cuter

The McEnany-Gilmartin household just got a little sweeter.

Former White House Press Secretary and Outnumbered co-host Kayleigh McEnany and her husband, former MLB pitcher Sean Gilmartin, have welcomed their third child — a beautiful baby girl named Avery Grace.

“Avery Grace has arrived! Blake and Nash love their baby sister, and we are soaking in every moment,” Kayleigh shared in a joyful Instagram post, alongside a series of heartwarming family photos.

Faith and Family First

True to her values, Kayleigh paired the announcement with a verse from Psalm 139:13-14:

“For you created my inmost being… I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.”

It’s a continuation of the faith-forward approach she’s shared throughout her pregnancy, which she first revealed publicly in March, calling it “a special time for the whole family.”

Blake & Nash Step Into Big-Sibling Roles

Five-year-old Blake, who famously squealed during Kayleigh’s live gender reveal on Outnumbered, is “absolutely thrilled,” frequently running up to kiss Kayleigh’s belly before Avery’s arrival.

Nash, now two, transitions from baby of the family to proud middle child—sticky fingers, giggles, and all.

A Love Story Built for the Books (and Baseball)

  • 2015: A Harvard Law student at the time, Kayleigh made the first move—messaging Sean on Twitter. (She shares the sweet story in her memoir For Such a Time as This.)
  • 2017: They tied the knot in Florida with a wedding full of love and baseball caps.
  • 2019 & 2022: Blake and Nash joined the team.
  • 2025: Avery makes it a trio — and Kayleigh can now fully claim her favorite line about being “outnumbered” at home and on air.

What’s Next for Kayleigh?

Now a mother of three under six, McEnany, 37, hasn’t announced her exact return-to-work date, telling her colleagues she’s “focused on life’s most important headline” for now.

But if past experience is any guide, fans can likely expect her back at the Outnumbered desk later this year—Bible verse in hand, stories to share, and that signature Kayleigh poise intact.

A Beautiful New Chapter Begins

For now, it’s all about onesies, lullabies, and late-night cuddles. Congratulations to Kayleigh, Sean, Blake, Nash, and now baby Avery Grace—the newest little blessing in a family built on love, faith, and a whole lot of joy.
