Blake Shelton traded his cowboy boots for bunny slippers this Easter — and fans loved every second of it.
The country superstar and his pop icon wife, Gwen Stefani, celebrated the holiday with a heartwarming, family-focused weekend in Oklahoma, and yes, Blake once again donned his now-iconic pink bunny onesie. It’s safe to say that “Easter Blakey” has officially become a beloved family tradition.
A Peek Into Easter on the Ranch
Gwen gave fans an inside look at their celebration via her Instagram Stories, capturing the beauty, the laughs, and the love that surrounded their Easter Sunday. The festivities took place at their Oklahoma ranch — the same scenic spot where they tied the knot in 2021.
One especially touching moment? A quiet visit to the custom-built chapel where they said “I do.” Gwen filmed the breathtaking countryside view from outside the chapel, adding a heartfelt “Happy Easter” message and a soft touch of spirituality with a Bible GIF.
Later in the day, they visited the gravesite of Blake’s late brother, Richie Shelton, paying their respects during the meaningful holiday. Richie passed away in a car accident in 1990, and Blake has often shared how deeply that loss shaped his life.
Bunny Blake Steals the Show
Of course, no Easter is complete without a surprise from the Easter Bunny — and Blake delivered. In a recap video Gwen posted, Blake hopped into frame in a full pink bunny costume, delighting the kids and earning a sweet kiss from Gwen. The video also featured some furry family members, including their new cat and longtime pup, Betty.
“Bunny @blakeshelton strikes again! Hope u had a hoppy Easter 🐇💗,” Gwen captioned the post — and fans couldn’t get enough of it.
The couple’s home was decked out for the holiday, complete with elegant decorations and even an Easter tree. Between the bunny suit, the family time, and the cozy décor, it’s clear the Sheltons know how to make holidays magical.
Date Nights, Duets, and Duels of Talent
It’s been a big month for the musical power couple. Earlier in April, Blake and Gwen hit the red carpet at the CMT Music Awards, turning heads with their stylish looks and on-stage talent. Blake opened the show with a performance of his hit single “No Body,” marking his return to the CMT stage after five years.
Gwen, meanwhile, made her CMT Music Awards debut with an electrifying rendition of “Just A Girl” alongside Carly Pearce — a perfect mashup of rock royalty and country sass.
And it doesn’t stop there. Blake just wrapped his 18-stop Back To The Honky Tonk Tour, with Carly Pearce and Jackson Dean as special guests. Throughout the tour, Gwen made surprise appearances, joining Blake on stage for swoon-worthy renditions of their hits “Happy Anywhere” and “Nobody But You.” Fans were also treated to their version of No Doubt’s “Don’t Speak” — proving that their on-stage chemistry is just as powerful as their real-life romance.
A Love Story Straight Out of a Country Song
Blake and Gwen’s love story began in the unlikeliest of places — as coaches on The Voice back in 2014. Both fresh out of high-profile breakups, they bonded through music, healing, and a shared sense of humor. By November 2015, they made it official, and five years later, Blake popped the question at their Oklahoma ranch in October 2020.
They were married in July 2021 in a private ceremony — officiated by none other than Carson Daly — inside the very chapel they visited this Easter.
Since then, they’ve released four duets, shared countless stages, and built a blended family life that balances stardom with down-home roots.
