EMOTIONAL REACTION — Daniella Karagach Reveals Husband Pasha Pashkov Cries Watching Her Dance With Ezra Frech

Daniella Karagach has revealed just how emotional Dancing With the Stars Season 35 has become for her family, admitting that husband Pasha Pashkov regularly tears up while watching her perform with Paralympian Ezra Frech.

Speaking after Yacht Rock Night on September 29, Daniella said Pasha has become visibly emotional whenever he watches Ezra take the ballroom floor.

“Every time I see him, he’s crying,” Daniella said, explaining that Ezra seems to bring that reaction out of her husband almost every week.

Pasha has previously admitted that watching Daniella perform can be difficult when he is also preparing for his own routine with partner Amber Glenn. He wants to fully support his wife, but when his own dance is still ahead, he also has to remain focused on his own performance.

That makes the moments when Pasha can simply watch Daniella and Ezra even more emotional.

Ezra, 21, has become one of the most closely watched contestants of the season while learning ballroom technique with a prosthetic leg. His prosthetic is made from carbon fiber and metal, which creates challenges that most celebrity contestants never have to consider.

During Yacht Rock Night, those challenges became especially noticeable as Daniella and Ezra prepared a foxtrot to “Just the Two of Us.”

Unlike faster routines where momentum can help carry movement, the foxtrot demanded smoother, slower control. Ezra explained afterward that one of the biggest challenges was making a piece of technology move naturally through ballroom steps alongside Daniella.

The pair earned 21 out of 30 for the routine, continuing their strong start to Season 35.

Ezra has credited Daniella with constantly experimenting during rehearsals to discover what movements work best for him. Rather than approaching choreography by focusing on what he cannot do, the pair have been testing different techniques and adapting traditional ballroom movements around his prosthetic.

Daniella has embraced that process as well, pushing Ezra while allowing him to discover abilities he didn’t realize he had when the competition began.

And Pasha’s emotional reaction appears to come from watching that progress happen in real time.

For Daniella, seeing her husband cry only adds another layer of pressure because she knows how deeply invested he is in what she and Ezra are accomplishing.

But after three weeks of finding new ways to move, adjust and compete, Ezra and Daniella’s partnership has already become more than another DWTS pairing for their family. For Pasha, watching it unfold has apparently become emotional enough that the tears keep coming.
